Skilled Nominated Visa (Subclass 190)

The Skilled Nominated Visa (Permanent) (Class SN) (Subclass 190) visa allows points-tested skilled workers who are nominated by a state or territory government to live and work in Australia as permanent residents.

 Eligibility Requirements

• You must be nominated by an Australian State or Territory agency.
• Under 45 years of age
• Your nominated occupation must be on the relevant State/Territory Skilled occupation list. 
• have a suitable skills assessment
• Be able to score a minimum of 65 points and must obtain an invitation to apply for the visa.
• must have competent English 
• must meet health and character requirements.
